I divide the world again... with my hair

I get countless (about six) emails a year about my hair. It seems to be of concern to many of you (six a year). Some love it and some insist that I cut it. And to those six people (two are my parents and one is my sister) I dedicate this vlog. And then some don't say anything until I decide to cut it and then say, "It's about time." They're content letting me walk around looking stupid in their opinion. Good friends.

So... here is a vlog about my hair and why I'm getting it cut. I really enjoy shooting and editing these videos... and YES it is JUST ME and a camera... no one is shooting or helping me. Including while I drive. Which I better cut out for safety reasons and because on July 1st it will be illegal to drive and talk on a cell phone without a headset.. which means it will certainly be illegal to drive and shoot a video blog. And you know they will be on the lookout heavily starting July 1st.

Now, what I was trying to get into a moment ago was the self absorbed-ness of it all-- I feel that way a lot of the time when I shoot and post these... but many people seem to be really enjoying them... I'll do a vlog about that soon.

Enjoy my haircut, I look normal.

You got a trim, not a haircut. LOL! You had kind of a gentile-fro going there for a while. Honestly, I think you would look even better with a fade, but I guess that's not really "in" on the west coast.

And that's bullshit about having to buy a suit. if you're in the wedding party they should rent tuxes for all the groomsmen.

I guess how you roll in Hollywood, eh?

Rock on!

I love the new sunglasses. What was on your t-shirt? Woman/ Man with a hanky around it's mouth. Getty-up! I like your hair long or short, dry or wet, dark or grey. You wear it well!

The wedding gift is so much fun! Just about as much fun as the baby gift and the wedding shower gift.

Being loved or feared...I cheer for loved! Just don't forget to love yourself and have those quiet times.

I am not a big fan of spending a ton of money to exchange vows. I don't see any value in it. Money well spent would be a nice party with your friends afterward. Clothing optional of course. Have to cut costs somewhere.

Just my opinion.
Peace and love!
Katie

~I didn't realize I had such a strong opinion about your hair
until being threatened with a
freshly shorn Orny!
I gasped!
Then laughed at myself.
(I think might have gone through all 5 stages of grief in about 30 seconds)
Your haircut looks great BTW!

If I HAVE to pick,
I'd say I prefer the hair at
roughly the 2-3 month marker?
The joint custody idea is genius though.

~I dunno, if someones going to make you buy a suit
you should be allowed to get it
@ The Mens Warehouse.
At least then you'd get an
extra pair of pants for the money.
;)

This was a really great Blog/Vlog/Talky!
Thank You SO much Oa!

Glad to see you didn't try on any belts at Brooks Brothers. You vandal, you.

So now you have a nice suit for your Vegas wedding, huh, Orny? ;-) Just the thing to attract that blood-donating, Beverly Hills-dwelling supermodel you've always wanted.

Hey there, Sexy Thing! Now I want to watch you shave. Atleast you can wear that suit again and your not stuck eith some lime green hillbilly prom dress you can never wear again. I had my bridesmaids wear regular nice dresses they could wear again. I love the day in the life of Orny vids!
Love,
Michelle

I like the hair longer, but perhaps not quite as long as before the haircut. However, you're adorable, so it doesn't matter.

Brooks Bros kinda creeped me out...

Carry on.

Ye, Maron brushed his teeth on YouTube, so watching you shave would be worthwhile! LOL

Hair is meant to be played with. Enjoy trying new styles. (Although long and unkempt works really well for your neurotic comedy persona.) But real friends don't make friends buy blue suits at Brooks Brothers (especially when you can find even cooler Italian designer suits in L.A.'s garment district for less). You are definitely running with the wrong crowd. ; )

BTW, if you're wondering why I redid my comment, it's because I spelled a few words wrong. Yes, I'm that AR.

Much, much better. I like this look more than the Robert Smith thing you had going. It's...dapper. Yep, dapper is the perfect word.
