I have a slight fear of dogs running up to me... this is my story. This is one vlog I really wish I could watch individually with each of you-- it's fun to me-- and I would love to see your reaction. Enjoy. And spread the Noise.

I love the song (where can I find it) and the girl's laugh (adorable). Sorry about the fear of dogs. Isn't the saying,"Once bitten twice shy?" Well, it looks like you are working on it. So that is good. The interview with the goat and horse was very compelling. I could see how traumatized they were by the events of the attack. It brought tears to my eyes. Well done!
Classic! I've got some agoraphobia issues when it just comes to people in general, and I don't like to have strange kids come up to me, so I think the little ones really DO belong on leashes. But that's just me.
Dogs don't bug me at all, but the irresponsibility of owners does. Orny, I HOPE that dog people hate you for this video, quite frankly, just so we can have some ignoramus make a statement like, "My dog is a widdle sweetie pie and deserves to run free and would never, ever, EVER hurt nobody!" Because that's not the point--there is a law in place and it's there to protect both people and animals from the unpredictable. Shut up and leash your damned dog!
Oh, and while we'e at it, pick up after your little darlings, too. Just 'cause it may be "a little poop" doesn't mean that it's okay to leave it behind... it's still poop and it's still yours. Bag it! I don't need to carry a souvenir of your pet home on my shoe.
I live in a neighborhood that is very dog-oriented and most people do leash. But there are dogs around her that I don't trust even on a leash. One is this chocolate brown chow who, whenever anyone approaches them on a walk, the owner deliberately has to sit the dog down and make sure his face is turned away, lest the animal lose its cool.
And here's my latest dog story: I was on a walk a couple of nights ago around midnight when I approached a familiar older gentleman from the neighborhood. He was dog-sitting a VERY large German Shepherd (seriously, I know these dogs get big, but this thing is freakin' ENORMOUS). The leashless beast came up to sniff me. Now, I know dog etiquette--let the dog make the first moves and don't touch them right away--so I just stood there. But this guy suddenly warns me, "Don't pet him. He's a biter." Uh, excuse me? The dog weighs about as you do, he's not on a leash, AND he's a biter? No wonder their little walk took place at 1 a.m.
Aww don't hate on the doggies. They can't help it! Great video. Loved the kids on leashes at the end. I never understood the concept of leashing your kid.
LOL Orny, sorry I took so long to view this one. Been busy and have had back pain issues last couple days. (I know, poor Barb!)
Our middle son was bit on the *butt* by a dog when he was little. Amazingly he's not afraid of dogs.
LOL at the kid on the leash at the end. Been there, tried that, didn't work. (Too long to tell.) But anyway, yeah, people should keep their dogs on a leash when they're out in public with them!
Orny, BrainNoise is becoming my favorite TV show! Please don't stop. You are brilliant!
Love,
Michelle
Orny! This is brillant! I love it.
I have 2 retired racing Greyhounds and I ALWAYS keep them on a leash. It really pisses me off when someones loose dog runs up to my leashed dogs. I have no idea what their dogs are going to do.
Your ending, with the attempted dog interviews and "where are all the leashes".....priceless!
You have out done yourself sir! Thanks!

I love that song! I think I may have already said that but seriously love it.
I have two dogs. One is very large and is a total goof but he can look scary. As a dog owner and pet lover, I think it is my responsibility to make sure my animals are safe and people don't have an issue with them. So I leash, poop scoop, and cage when appropriate. Everyone should. They have dog parks if you really have the urge to let them run wild. My dogs are my family. I don't want to chance anything happening to them. Kids on a leash...well that is just lazy. Whatever happened to piggyback rides?
O.k. I just heard an ice cream truck out my window. It is February right? Well, got to run.
I love it!!It is a shame that not everyone can respect anothers right to enjoy themselves outside. Not only are you in fear of them running up to you...but whats to say that a couple of "hood" dogs passing by one another don't get into a good old fashioned drag out brawl?! Unsuspecting Orny, doo, doo-doo, walking by, might just get drug into the middle of something very ugly? Whew, you just never know! Oh, and children on leashes. I laughed right out loud on that. It's a good idea!
I stand corrected! Two different kids on leashes at the end. Wow. (On how non-observant I obviously am.) Okay, Orny, are those stunt leashed kids?? ;)
Cool video, I see you're still....."not sick". I've always been a big fan of the child leash, you know for their safety and stuff.
Brilliant with a dash of sad. Excellent reporting Oa.
